All of our adventure-based training and development services are custom tailored to target your business and your staff. We start with your training objectives, and help you design an adventure-based training approach that makes sense for your organization. We look to see if we can reinforce and build upon any previous training that has done. We learn the language and culture of your organization so that the delivery is consistent with the needs of your people.
We love developing adventure-based curriculum, facilitating and bringing a passionate approach to our work. Our adventure-based workshops combine the use of tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type indicator, The Personal Profile System, or other work style assessments with group discussion, individual solo time, and small and large group thought provoking discussions.

TEAM JUMP START PROGRAMThis half to full-day program lets your group experience what it feels like to be a real team. We develop a fast-paced agenda that moves your team from getting to know each other better toward creating a team operating charter for optimal performance. |

DISCOVERING WORK STYLE DIFFERENCES PROGRAMThis full-day program includes the use of our experiential activities and adds a component of pre-session work using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or Personal Profile System. Participants will apply key learning’s to an on-site or portable interactive learning session, and use a program workbook to ensure that skills transfer to work. |

WORKING THROUGH CONFLICTThis program focuses on the power and impact of understanding and using conflict as a creative force in break-through thinking. Participants will review conflict styles using the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Indicator (TKI), and combine discussion with experiences to reframe how they prefer to handle conflict as a team. |

ADVENTURES IN MOTIVATIONThis program will energize and motivate your group. We provide a series of adventure-based activities that increase in difficulty. This program will challenge your team to master the art of staying engaged and motivated. |

THE ADVENTURE OF LEADERSHIPYour supervisor, managers, or leaders will benefit from this program. The program focuses on leadership basics including the difference between leading and managing, understanding communication needs of followers, managing conflict, and optimizing follower performance. |
